I was looking for a place to get a stereo and install for my Yukon and was very disappointed by the person I spoke to. Probably the owner of this spot. He was very rude and sarcastic. Kinda confrontational. I questioned the extremely high cost for a basic job and he got an attitude. $250 for a radio that costs only $100. A kit only costs $15 and wire harness about $15 as well. π±π±π± Ridiculous!

I went to get multiple cameras and fog lights installed, and was surprised by his work. He did an excellent, excellent job. Hard to find someone to do such a clean, professional job. Thank you. See you soon. π«‘

My experience was 100% positive! I had questions/issues concerning a new head unit I purchased somewhere else. Alex (the owner) treated me like I had bought it from him, aka. a buying customer. He took the time to get in my truck and very plainly explained my options. I've read some of the negative reviews and my opinion of those who have bad things to say is that they are the kind of customers who can't be pleased ANYWHERE! Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful advice is what I experienced. I would give 10 stars if I could...THANKS!

I had a very disappointing experience at this shop and feel obligated to share it so others can make an informed decision. I brought in a speaker that I had already removed from my truck and asked if they could fix it. The employee told me, word for word, that βif we fix it, itβs $95.β Based on that, I agreed. At no point was I told there would be any kind of diagnostic fee or charge if the speaker could not be repaired. Instead of opening the speaker or attempting an actual repair, he asked for my truck keys and tested it by plugging it back into my vehicle. After about 20 minutes, he told me the unit was bad and immediately started trying to sell me new speakers. I declined and went back to my truck to leave. At that point, he ran after me and demanded $95, even though the speaker was not fixed. I reminded him of exactly what he said when I walked in, and even suggested he check his cameras/audio because the agreement was clearly conditional on fixing the speaker. He then changed his explanation and claimed the charge was for βinstallation,β which is completely inaccurate because I installed and removed the speaker myself. The situation escalated unnecessarily. He threatened to c

The business had a reasonable price to install my 5 channel amp. Sadly they did not do such a good job on the install. Does it sound great? Yes it does.. It was the professionalism of the install that was the issue. -Scratches, Screw Driver Marks on the head-unit cover. -Car littered with wire clippings -Existing LED lights were non functioning after install which was resolved but I now need reinstall them. -Car Mats just thrown back in the car improperly -Even the time was not set back properly on the radio It is the small things that show the business is just there to do the job as sloppy as possible and collect, I attempted to bring up some of these with the owner who did not care or take responsibility for anything, I refused to argue and just left. Even after notifying them I have no problem paying for the work but will leave a review as I see fit they asked to photocopy my ID in case I tried to do a chargeback. I obviously refused.
